Wing-and-pizza shops across Michigan do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Washington is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Really enjoyed our visit. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting without feeling overly busy or loud. The highlights for us were the Bolognese and the calamariβ€”both were excellent. The Bolognese was rich and flavorful, and the calamari was cooked perfectly with a great texture. The pizza itself had good flavor and quality toppings, but the bottom of the crust was noticeably burnt, which made parts of it a little bitter and took away from the overall experience. That's the main reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5. Overall, a very good meal with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. We'd definitely come back and try more items on the menu.

Not terrible, but not what I like. Large cheese pizza was $21 and only a 14". Decent sauce, chewy crust with odd taste, very small amount of cheese. Medium Greek salad was sub-par. The lettuce wasn't mixed, and wasn't a common variety. The onions and cheese were chopped very fine and difficult to pick up. The beets, 3 slices, were good. The klamata olives were pitted which was a nice touch. The dressing was strong and flavorful, the best part.

Nostalgia Wood Fired Oven is a great place! When we went, they even gave the kids some pizza dough to play with, which was such a fun touch. The cheese bread was delicious, and our pizza was amazing and fresh. The tiramisu was definitely a 10/10. Our server, Amanda, was super helpful when we came for my birthday. Great place with really good food!

Tonight was the first time I was able to try Nostalgia since moving here last summer. They had delicious food. I had a wood fired pizza, it was perfectly cooked and tasted great.

I am truly impressed with this place. This is the mom and pop family business that serves delicious food. Staff was vibrant and happy to be there and take care of guest. They take pride with all the dishes that they are serving. Everything came out fresh and piping hot. The pizza is made in a woodfired brick oven with premium ingredients was absolutely delicious. We love the margarita pizza, the barbecue chicken pizza, and the white pizza. I’ve had some of the best dishes here in all of Michigan, such as the Arancini, Ricotta stuffed Chicken, and Tiramisu. I’ve ate Arancini every day for 1 week in Sicily and this was the best I’ve had in the state. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Family owned and operated, you could tell from the moment you walk in.
